Registed Dietitian
Certified Eating Disorder Specialist & Consultant
I am a registered dietitian and eating disorder specialist (CEDS-C) with over 15 years of experience working with eating disorders across levels of care. I began my outpatient practice in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and am excited to return to my home state of New Jersey. Before starting my practice, I previously worked at University Medical Center at Princeton, Oliver Pyatt Centers, and Clementine Miami. In addition, I enjoy teaching and training dietitians. I was an adjunct and clinical coordinator for Florida International University Dietetic Internship. Currently I serve as the social media chair for iaedp mentoring comittee.
I received a Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from NYU and completed my dietetic internship at NYU Langone Medical Center in NYC. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Villanova University and studied Ethics in Healthcare.
My practice specializes in eating disorders, intuitive eating, and family nutrition. Each client receives an individualized approach. My goal is to provide nutrition education that empowers individuals. I know there are a lot of nutrition messages out there. Together we will sort through them and learn how food works in your body. I hope to reconnect you to the joy of eating and help you discover the sunny side of food!

Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor
I am a registered dietitian and certified intuitive eating counselor. I graduated from Louisiana State University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics. I went on to complete my Master’s degree in Health and Human Performance at McNeese State University in Louisiana. During my time in graduate school, I found intuitive eating and started researching disordered eating and food freedom. Prior to studying to be a dietitian, I attended culinary school in New York City where I fostered my passion for cooking and experiencing delicious food.
After graduating from McNeese State University, I began working at Clementine Programs and Oliver Pyatt Centers in Miami, FL. I used this time to specialize in eating disorder treatment at the residential level of care for adolescents and adults. In July 2020, I joined the team at Center For Discovery in Dallas and worked in the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels of care. I have experience with clients of all ages and a variety of diagnoses including anorexia nervosa (AN), bulimia nervosa (BN), binge eating disorder (BED), and other specified eating/feeding disorders (OSFED), and avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID). I find my passion in teaching intuitive eating and am a certified intuitive eating counselor.
I provide individual and specialized nutritional counseling and am passionate about helping my clients heal their relationship with food and their bodies. I treat my clients from the Health at Every Size and “All Foods Fit” philosophies. My food philosophy is that food is meant to be more than just nourishment and everyone deserves to have food freedom. I believe food is a social/cultural experience and is meant to be fun and shared with others. I focus on teaching clients how to nourish themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally. I am excited to join you on your journey to healing your relationship with food!
