The mentors who supported me throughout my journey to becoming a Registered Dietitian played an important role in shaping my clinical approach and professional growth. Their guidance, encouragement, and expertise inspired me to continue learning and supporting others within the field.

Through my years of clinical experience, specialized training, and work as a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS-C), I have developed a passion for helping dietitians build confidence in providing eating disorder nutrition care.

I support dietetic students, newer Registered Dietitians, and experienced clinicians who want to deepen their knowledge of eating disorders and the complex relationship between food and the body.
