Individual Nutrition Counseling 

Meet for personalized nutrition counseling. 

Initial Nutrition Assessment (75 mins) - During the initial meeting, we will begin with a full nutrition assessment. We will review your health history, and nutrition goals, and begin to explore your relationship with food. Together we will create a plan to best meet your goals.

Follow-up nutrition sessions (45 mins) - Sessions are scheduled to provide continued support and work on your identified goals. Here, we will delve further into your relationship with food and movement. Each session may look different and the topics discussed are tailored toward your individualized work.

Apply the principles of intuitive eating in an interactive setting. Also available as adjunctive support for eating disorder recovery.

Meal support is an experiential way to apply the skills of intuitive eating and practice skills discussed in the session. Mitola Nutrition offers meal support for individuals or small groups tailored to your needs.

Eating Disorder Recovery - Meals are an essential part of the recovery process. Meal support is offered as an adjunctive service for clients wanting to enhance recovery skills or receive additional support. Additionally, family members can participate in meal support to learn the skills needed to support a loved one around the table.
